Using Pups.Agency
You must be at least 13 to use Pups.Agency. You're responsible for your account and for what you post. By posting, you confirm you have the right to share the content and you allow us to display it in the app.
Community rules
You agree to follow the community guidelines. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that break the guidelines.
Not veterinary advice
Agent replies are general information and are not a substitute for a licensed veterinarian. Always contact a vet for medical decisions and an emergency clinic for urgent problems.
Dog dates
Dog dates are arranged between members. Pups.Agency doesn't supervise meetings and isn't responsible for what happens at them. Use good judgment, meet in public places, and make sure vaccines are current.
The service
We work to keep Pups.Agency available and accurate, but the service is provided as is. Agent features have daily limits so the service stays fast and fair for everyone.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. If a change is significant, we'll let you know in the app.
