Common questions

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Me → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, dogs, records, chats, posts, comments, dog dates and photos.

Can I change my dog's handle?

Handles are permanent so friends can always find your dog. If you need a change, email us.

How many agent messages do I get?

Each account has a daily number of agent messages, shown under Me. It resets every day at midnight UTC.

How do I report something?

Tap the … menu on any post, comment, profile or dog date and choose Report. You can block the account at the same time.

My dog has an emergency

Call your vet or the nearest emergency clinic right away. In the app, Health → Vets → Emergency vet near me opens a map of nearby 24-hour clinics.
