Privacy policy
Last updated November 4, 2026
Pups.Agency ("we") runs the Pups.Agency app on iPhone, Android and the web, and this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and how you sign in (email, Apple or Google).
- Your dogs: the profiles you create, including name, breed, birthday, weight, photo, city and notes.
- Health and care records: vaccines, medications, appointments, vets, and the walks, meals, training and symptoms you log.
- Agent conversations: the messages you send to your agents and their replies.
- Community activity: posts, photos, comments, likes, follows, blocks, reports and dog dates.
What other members can see
Your dog's public profile (name, handle, breed, city, bio and photo), your posts and comments, and the dog dates you host. Health records, logs, notes, vets and agent conversations are private to you. A dog date's exact meeting spot is visible only to the host and the guests the host accepts.
How your agents work
When you message an agent, we send your message, your recent conversation with that agent, and your dog's file (profile, recent log, upcoming appointments, vaccines and medications) to our language model provider, Anthropic, to write the reply. We use this only to answer you. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored with Google Firebase in the United States, and photos are kept in Firebase Storage. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your dogs, records, posts and comments at any time. In the app, Account → Delete account permanently deletes your account and everything listed above. You can also email us to request a copy of your data or its deletion.
Children
Pups.Agency is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we make significant changes to this policy, we'll let you know in the app before they take effect.
