The pack rules

• Be kind to every dog and every human.
• Post your own photos, and only of dogs you care for or have permission to share.
• No cruelty, unsafe handling, or content that puts an animal at risk.
• No harassment, hate, spam, scams, or selling animals.
• Meet for dog dates in public places, and never share your home address in a post.

Zero tolerance

Pups.Agency has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. That includes harassment, hate, sexual content, violence, animal cruelty, scams and selling animals. We remove content that breaks these rules and suspend or delete the accounts that post it.

Reporting and blocking

Every post, comment, profile and dog date has a report option. We review every report. Content reported by several members is hidden automatically until we've reviewed it. You can block any account, and you won't see its posts, comments or dog dates.

Health information

Your agents give general guidance, not a veterinary diagnosis. For anything urgent, contact your vet or an emergency clinic right away.
